Bisque Firing
The dried mugs are fired at a lower temperature to harden them into durable ceramic.

Glazing & Final Firing
A glaze is applied for colour and finish, then fired at high temperatures for strength and shine.

Customization & Quality Check
Personalized designs or prints are added if needed, and each mug undergoes inspection before packing
